PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Kenneth E. Corse, 75, of Perryville died Sunday, July 5, 2009, at his home.

He was born Sept. 21, 1933, in Perry County, Mo., son of Fred R. Corse and Dolly (Horn) Corse of Columbia, Mo.

Corse worked for Saberliner Corp. of Perryville for 49 years as an aircraft electrician.

He and Jean Ellen Schrumpf were married Oct. 2, 1954, in Perryville.

Survivors include his mother; his wife; three daughters, Michele (Bill) Aye of Mooresville, N.C., Cheryl (Jim) Wibbenmeyer of Perryville, Jan (Kevin) Parson of Mooresville, N.C.; a brother, Harold (Laura) Corse of Perryville; a sister, Norma (Beaufort) Katt of Columbia.; five grandchildren, Craig (Lori) Heberlie of Crosstown, Mo., Daniel (Kate) Heberlie of Bowling Green, Mo., Jessica and Keith Parson of Mooresville, and Alicia Wibbenmeyer of Perryville; four great-grandchildren, Tyler Heberlie of Crosstown, Caleb, Anna and Mia Heberlie of Bowling Green.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where he served many capacities including deacon and Sunday school teacher. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He loved fixing things and doing things for others. He loved riding his Harley and camping. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was also Past Master of Perryville Masonic Lodge # 670, Past Patron of Perryville OES # 46, York Rite Bodies of Cape and Christian Motorcycle Association.

Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 9:15 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A Masonic service will be at 7 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Crosstown, with the Revs. Steven Francis and Alvin Mathes officiating.

Memorial preference: Beth­lehem Baptist Church in Crosstown, Perryville Masonic Lodge 670 or Southeast Hospice.
