Kenneth Brewer

PERRYVLLE, Mo. -- Kenneth C. Brewer, 62, died Thursday Dec. 20, 2012, at his home in Perryville.

He was born July 6, 1950, in Perryville, son of Courtney T. and Anna Belle DeBoard Brewer. He married Susan Cottner on July 29, 1972. He is survived by his best friend and former wife Susan K. Cottner and Al Lozier of Sedgewickville, Mo.

Mr. Brewer was self-employed in the recycling industry.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Perryville and a U.S. Navy veteran.

Survivors include one son and one daughter, Chris Brewer of Perryville and Roxann Miller of Sedgewickville; five brothers and four sisters; Billy Brewer of Perryville, Cynthia (Phil) McWhorter of San Diego, Tom Brewer of Perryville, H. Darlene (Gary) Weibrecht of Perryville, Kevin (Karen) Brewer of Ladson, S.C., Connie (John) Lewis, Mark (Carla) Brewer, Gary Brewer and Terri (Bobby) Adams, all of Perryville; and two grandchildren, Kendra Brewer and Robert Miller.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Courtney Darryl Brewer.

Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Sunday at the church.

A Memorial Service will at 3 p.m. today at the United Methodist Church in Perryville, with the Rev. Anne Saegesser officiating.

Memorials are preferred for family use.
