ANNA, Ill. -- Kedron W. Boyer, 74, of Anna died Sunday, Aug. 25, 2002, at her home.
She was born Dec. 2, 1927, in Balcom, Ill., daughter of Ward and Minnie Smoot Woodard. She and Lawrence J. Boyer were married Dec. 3, 1929, in Piggott, Ark.
Boyer was a member of First Baptist Church in Anna, the Everly Hayes Mission Group, the Anna-Jonesboro Woman's Club and the Union County Hospital Auxiliary. She retired in 1987 as a cashier at Anna National Bank.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Kathy Hazel of Jonesboro, Ill.; one brother, Jim Woodard of Urbana, Ill.; three sisters, Marcia Treece of Anna, Pat Meadows of West Frankfort, Ill., and Virginia Stilley of Sadorus, Ill.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Tim Sadler officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
