KAY REEDY

SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Sharan Kay Reedy of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Greg Robertson will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Reedy, 50, died Monday, April 14, 1997, at her home, following an extended illness.

She was born Jan. 20, 1947, in Sikeston, daughter of Eugene "Dub" and Evelyn Hastings Palmer. She and Robert E. Reedy Jr. were married Feb. 25, 1967, in Sikeston.

Reedy was a 1964 graduate of Sikeston High School, and attended Evangel College in Springfield. She had been a ward clerk at Missouri Delta Medical Center, and a typesetter at Standard Democrat Newspaper.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Jennifer Reedy of Sikeston, Bethany Reedy of Cape Girardeau; her mother of Sikeston; and a brother, David Palmer of Lexington, Ky.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
