KATHERINE MACNUTT

SCOTT CITY -- Funeral service for Katherine M. MacNutt of O'Fallon, Ill., was held Monday at Pete Gaerdner Funeral Home in Belleville, Ill. The Rev. G.E. Switzer officiated, with burial in Lake View Memorial Gardens in Fairview Heights, Ill.

MacNutt, 26, died Thursday, Dec. 25, 1997, at her home.

She was born Aug. 18, 1971, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., daughter of Harry and Judy A. Porter MacNutt. She lived with grandparents in Scott City two years while in elementary school.

MacNutt was a secretary for a communication agency at the air base. She was a member of Apostolic Church and was active in its Thrift Shop, Tape Club, and human services at the church.

Survivors include her parents of O'Fallon; grandparents, Walter and Virginia Porter of Scott City, Bob Chapman of O'Fallon, and Susan MacNutt of Pottsville, Pa.
