Karen Vaughn

CANALOU, Mo. -- Karen Elaine Vaughn, 54, of Canalou died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo.

She was born Sept. 22, 1952, in Poplar Bluff, Mo., daughter of Charles and Margaret Creed Tucker. She and William Vaughn were married Sept. 14, 1989.

Vaughn was a licensed practical nurse and was a scrub nurse at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Survivors include her husband; a stepson, Henry Vaughn of Poplar Bluff; and a sister, Charla Myers of Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.

There is no service.
