PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Justin "Butch" Fulton, 18, of Perryville died Sunday, July 15, 2001, in Marion, Ind.
He was born April 11, 1983, in Perryville, son of Jerry and Cindy Brotherton Fulton.
Fulton was a farm worker. He was a member of Whitewater Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Jerry and Mary Fulton of Perryville; his mother, Cindy Hahs of Perryville; three brothers, Wade Fulton, James and Kyle Hahs, all of Perryville; three sisters, Jackie Fulton of Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., Jerri and Katie Fulton of Perryville; two stepbrothers, Nathan and Tyson Rellergert of Perryville; paternal grandparents, Jerrold and Glenda Fulton and Robert and Janice Milliano of Perryville; maternal grandparents, John and Ruth Melton of Perryville, Bill and Peggy Brotherton of Patton, Mo.; paternal great-grandmothers, Susie Fadler of Perryville and Marie Fulton of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by paternal great-grandfathers and maternal great-grandparents.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Wednesday, and after 9 a.m. Thursday at Whitewater Presbyterian Church.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with the Rev. Donald Blaylock officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
