JUNIOR PRICE

DEXTER -- John Leroy "Junior" Price, 62, of Dexter died Wednesday, Feb. 26, 1997, at his home.

He was born Dec. 26, 1934, at Sikeston, son of John Leroy and Jewell Ramsey Price Sr. He and Patricia Helton were married Oct. 15, 1964, in Anderson, Ind.

Price was a custodian at Good Humor-Breyers. He moved to Dexter in 1994 from Sikeston.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Harold Price of Dexter; two daughters, Tammy Tyre and Lesley Williams of Sikeston; two brothers, Larry Price of Arlington, Texas, Ronnie Price of Sikeston; three sisters, Ruth Little of Belleville, Ill., Linda Hardison of Atlanta, Ga., Karen Turner of Sikeston; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Sikeston from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Joe King officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
