Funeral service for Julius B. Erlbacher, 824 S. Spanish, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Luther Rhodes will officiate, with burial in Lorimier Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 4:30 p.m. today, and Thursday from 9 a.m. to service time.
Erlbacher, 76, died Monday, April 3, 1995, at Heartland Care and Rehab Center.
He was born July 28, 1918, at Neely's Landing, son of Gottlieb E. and Eva Welker Erlbacher. He and Ruth Randolph were married in 1938 in Benton. She died in December 1989.
Erlbacher was a welder and pipefitter with Missouri Dry Dock 53 years, retiring in 1986.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Erlbacher of Jackson, Jimmie Erlbacher of Farmington, Jerry Erlbacher of Sebada; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a stepgrandchild.
He was preceded in death by two sons.
