CAIRO, Ill. -- Julia Hill, 77, of Cairo died Thursday, Nov. 2, 1995, at Meridian Manor Nursing Home in Mounds, Ill. She was born June 4, 1918 in Covington, Tenn., to the late Phil and Priscilla (Yenders) Hill. She is survived by her sister, Pauline Taylor of Dyersburg, Tenn., a nephew, Johnny Taylor, also of Dyersburg, Tenn., and a niece, Francine Taylor of New York...

CAIRO, Ill. -- Julia Hill, 77, of Cairo died Thursday, Nov. 2, 1995, at Meridian Manor Nursing Home in Mounds, Ill.

She was born June 4, 1918 in Covington, Tenn., to the late Phil and Priscilla (Yenders) Hill.

She is survived by her sister, Pauline Taylor of Dyersburg, Tenn., a nephew, Johnny Taylor, also of Dyersburg, Tenn., and a niece, Francine Taylor of New York.

Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4 at Spencer Heights Cemetery in Mounds, with Rev. Father Jerome Fortenberry officiating. There will be no visitation.

Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City is in charge of arrangements.
