BLOOMFIELD -- Judy Carole Smith, 50, of Bloomfield, died Wednesday, Oct. 18, 1995, at her home. She was born May 17, 1945, in Muskogee, Okla., daughter of Warren and Patricia Wilson Hummell. She and Richard Smith were married Feb. 25, 1992. She and her husband were truck drivers with Edwards Transportation. She had lived here since 1992...

BLOOMFIELD -- Judy Carole Smith, 50, of Bloomfield, died Wednesday, Oct. 18, 1995, at her home.

She was born May 17, 1945, in Muskogee, Okla., daughter of Warren and Patricia Wilson Hummell. She and Richard Smith were married Feb. 25, 1992.

She and her husband were truck drivers with Edwards Transportation. She had lived here since 1992.

Survivors include her husband; four sons, Darwin Sedgewick of Tulsa, Okla., John Seemster of Friendship, N.Y., Kevin Seemster of Tulsa, Reo Smith of Bernie; two daughters, Kathy Sontag of Inola, Okla., Lynne Asberry of Oklahoma City, Okla.; a sister, Annette Hummell of Seattle, Wash., and 20 grandchildren.

Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home after 6 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hills Cemetery near Bloomfield.
