ANNA, Ill. -- Judith V. Forehand, 49, of Altus, Okla., formerly of Anna, died Wednesday, April 23, 1997, at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus.
She was born July 7, 1947, at Anna, daughter of Edgar L. "Monk" and Pauline Wells Blaney.
She married Richard L. Forehand Oct. 14, 1965, in Anna. He survives.
She was a graduate of Anna-Jonesboro High School. She was a homemaker and an artist.
She is survived by a son, Derrick Forehand, of Sacramento, Calif.; a daughter, Angela Chandler of Altus; her mother, Pauline Blaney of Jonesboro; two brothers, Ralph Blaney of Tamms and Ronald Blaney of Madison, Ind.; and four sisters, Doris Burham of Lansing, Mich., Anita Beatty, Carol Hindman and Janet Blaney, all of Anna.
She was preceded in death by her father and a sister.
Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, with the Rev. Jimmy Keller officiating.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
