Judith Ann Rawlins, 53, of Cape Girardeau died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2001, at her home.
She was born May 11, 1947, at Perryville, Mo., daughter of Cletus O. and Eileen M. Klobe Walter. She and Dr. Fred E. Rawlins were married Dec. 30, 1999, at Jackson, Mo. He died Nov. 19, 2000.
Rawlins was a graduate of Perryville High School and attended Southeast Missouri State University.
She had worked at Capital Insurance Co. and was office administrator for Dr. Rawlins until he retired.
Survivors include her parents of Perryville; two stepsons, Dr. Fred Rawlins II of Cape Girardeau, Alan Rawlins of St. Louis; two stepdaughters, Mary Barclay of Danbury, Conn., Catherine Glassbrenner of St. Louis; a brother, Cletus Walter of Perryville; two sisters, Karen Ashby and Sharon Walter of Perryville; and seven stepgrandchildren.
Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Clayton Smith officiating. Entombment will be in Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum.
