Judith Ann Hobbs Hurt, 80, of Cape Girardeau passed away Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2023, at Southeast Hospital.
She was born Jan. 22, 1943, in Cape Girardeau.
Judith was a homemaker and spent her time raising her children and loving her grandbabies. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and General Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa (Michael) Harris of Cape Girardeau, and their son, Casey E. Harris of Washington, D.C.; son-in-law, Roger Thompson, and children, Dustin (Masey) Hengst and Trevor (Alicia) Thompson, all of Jackson; daughter-in-law, Tina Price, and her children, Travis Price and Makayla (Dakota) Bryant, all of Jackson; and great-grandchildren, Klayten, Gracie, Emma, Evan, Easton, Liam, Maya and Noah.
Judith was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia LaVerne Hester Hobbs; son, Michael K. Price; and daughter, Lisa Thompson.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 28, at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery, Section 10, left of the mausoleum.
