MEMPHIS, Tenn. Judith Harris Dixon, 54, of Memphis, Tenn., died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 1993, at St. Luke's Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
She was born June 22, 1939, at Cape Girardeau, daughter of C.P. and Frances Harris.
She married Tom Dixon, April 17, 1971.
Dixon was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University.
She worked as a kindergarten teacher, having taught at Lincoln Elementary, St. Mary's and St. Luke's Day School, all in Memphis, Tenn.
Dixon was a Life Master Bridge Player and was active in Children's Theater and other community projects.
She was a member of St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Memphis, Tenn., a member of the Newman Class and a teacher with Tom of the College Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Edward Rosier Dixon of Memphis, Tenn.; a daughter, Frances Leming Dixon of Memphis, Tenn.; and a sister, Eugenia Harris Vookles of Memphis, Tenn.
Funeral services were held Friday in Memphis, Tenn.
