CHAFFEE -- Juanita Land, 86, of Chaffee died Monday, Dec. 21, 1998, at Chaffee Nursing Center. She was born Sept. 16, 1912, at Chaffee, daughter of Charlie and Cedella Priccia Snider Schultz. She and Hess Land were married July 26, 1941. He died Aug. 7, 1995...

CHAFFEE -- Juanita Land, 86, of Chaffee died Monday, Dec. 21, 1998, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born Sept. 16, 1912, at Chaffee, daughter of Charlie and Cedella Priccia Snider Schultz. She and Hess Land were married July 26, 1941. He died Aug. 7, 1995.

Land was a tacker at Thorngate Ltd. in Chaffee 24 years, retiring in 1968.

Survivors include a sister, Pauline Choate of Chaffee.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel after 4 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. William Marshall officiating. Burial will be in Barks Chapel Cemetery near Crump.
