CHAFFEE -- Funeral for Juanita L. McBride of Chaffee will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. The Rev. Joe Payne will officiate, with burial in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.

McBride, 68, died Friday, April 9, 1999, at the Chaffee Nursing Center.

She was born Jan. 10, 1931, at Palestine, Ark., daughter of Utett Robins and Martha Stafford Robins. She and George H. McBride, Sr. were married April 14, 1947. He survives.

McBride was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Chaffee VFW Post 389.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, George R. McBride of Waynesville, David McBride of Chaffee and George H. McBride Jr. of Delta; two daughters, Martha Felty and Patsy Schmitt, both of Chaffee; a brother, George Robins of Chaffee; five sisters, FayeLene Cantue of Fresno, Calif., Sue Kent of Boynton Beach, Fla., Anna Givens of Allenville, Lana Barringer of Princeton, Ill., and Judy Lackey of St. Anne, Ill.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and a granddaughter.
