SIKESTON -- Mary Juanita Henley, 78, of Sikeston died Wednesday, June 16, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.
She was born March 24, 1921, at Neelyville, daughter of Luther E. and Mary Columbia Guge Loflin. She and Philip H. Henley were married Sept. 17, 1946, in Jonesboro, Ark. He died Feb. 21, 1985.
Henley was a top-stitcher machine operator at International Shoe Co. 28 years. She was a member of Eastside Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include a son, Phil Henley of Bloomfield; three brothers, Wallace Loflin of San Antonio, Texas, Murel Loflin of LaGrange, Ind., Gene Loflin of Savannah, Ga.; two sisters, Arneeda Hornback of Bertrand, Freda Clark of Bandera, Texas; two stepgrandsons; and five great-stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and her stepmother.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Preston Palmer officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
