Joy Curry

Joy Lee Curry, 40, of Cape Girardeau, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2006, at her Cape Girardeau residence.

She was born May 16, 1966, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Laurel and Eunice (Farmer) Curry.

She was employed by Southeast Missouri State University as a custodian. She was a member of Baptist Faith.

She is survived by her mother and father of Cape Girardeau, daughter Jessica Vaughn of Cape Girardeau; two brothers John Curry of Texas and James Curry of Cape Girardeau; and grandchildren Elija Vaughn and Jelexius Vaughn of Cape Girardeau.

Ford & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Graveside service will be at Lorimier Cemetery at a later date with the Rev. Jim Matthews officiating.
