ANNA, Ill. -- Joy Bostian, 78, of Anna died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2008, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
She was born June 6, 1930, in Union County, daughter of John E. and Mae Adams Jones. She and John W. Bostian were married Dec. 27, 1947. He died Sept. 13, 1983.
Bostian was a member of Mount Moriah Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a son, Mike Bostian of Katy, Texas; two brothers, J.E. and Jim Jones of Dongola, Ill.; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Crain Funeral Home in Anna.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Rick Hertenstein officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
