Joseph Hurley Jr.

Joseph F. Hurley Jr., 63, of Cape Girardeau died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born Aug. 23, 1940, in Queens, N.Y., son of Joseph and Loretta Bourgeois Hurley Sr. He married Patricia Galbraith.

Hurley was an electronic technician with ITT in New York City before moving to Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his wife of Bronx, N.Y.; a son, Joseph Hurley of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two daughters, Lynne and Christine Hurley of Bronx.

Funeral Mass will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Benedict Church in Bronx. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery in Middle Village, Queens.

Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
