Joseph Griffin

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Joseph "Joe" Griffin, 62, of Chaffee passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Aug. 2, 1955, in Cape Girardeau to the late Oscar and Vera Dannenmueller Griffin.

Joe was a retired self-employed drywall installer. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church.

He is survived by a son, Michael Griffin, a daughter, Michelle Dudley, and two brothers, Bill (Vickie) Griffin and Glen (Debbie) Griffin, all of Chaffee; a sister, Delores Walker of Wappapello, Missouri; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Horman.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Rosary will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday at the chapel.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating. Burial will be at St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery.
