MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Jonathan "Kirk" Bollinger, 48, of Marble Hill died Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2006, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Jan. 30, 1958, in Cape Girardeau, son of Jimmy G. and Patricia Ann Beussink Bollinger.
Bollinger was a former inspector of offshore oil rigs with East Texas Oil. He was a member of St. John Catholic Church.
Survivors include a son, Tyson Bollinger of Kennett, Mo.; a daughter, Jessica Bollinger of Arnold, Mo.; his father of Marble Hill; his mother of Marble Hill; a sister, Sabrina Stevens of Canal Winchester, Ohio; three brothers, Kevin Bollinger of Oklahoma; and Nick and Mike Bollinger of Marble Hill.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call at Hutchings Funeral Chapel from 11 a.m. to service time Friday.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the chapel, with the Rev. Bill Huggins officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park.
