EAST PRAIRIE -- Graveside service for Johnny Lee Ritch of Waverly, Tenn., will be held at 10 a.m. today at Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston. The Rev. Amos Johnson will officiate.
McMikle Funeral Home at Charleston is in charge of arrangements.
Ritch, 60, formerly of East Prairie, died Tuesday, April 2, 1996, in a hospital in Mayfield, Ky., from injuries received in an automobile accident.
He was born Oct. 10, 1935, in McClelland, Ark., son of Aaron and Frances Daugherty Ritch. He and Albirdie Vines were married March 22, 1957.
Ritch was a roofer.
Survivors include his wife of East Prairie; five sons, Bruce Ritch of Sikeston, David Ritch of Winter Haven, Fla., Jerry Ritch of Charleston, Charlie Ritch of Waverly, Kenneth Ritch of Dogwood; a daughter, Bonnie Sprinkles of East Prairie; three brothers, two sisters and 12 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and granddaughter.
