WYATT -- Johnnie Jo Dugan, 73, of Wyatt, died Monday, Jan. 29, 1996, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Jan. 5, 1923, at Point Pleasant, daughter of James Horace and Rachel Samnah Swank Potter. She and Robert J. Dugan were married Feb. 27, 1943.
Dugan taught at Dirk, Norfolk, Rush Ridge and Wyatt schools, retiring in 1963. She was a secretary at the Charleston Housing Authority from 1970-95. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Robert Dugan Jr. of Sikeston, Johnny Dugan of Diehlstadt; two daughters, Marion Boulnois and Sharon Dugan of Charleston; a sister, Hartez Pennebaker of Madisonville, Ky., and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Harold Norton officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
