Clarence John Ward Jr., 75, of Jackson passed away Friday, Sept. 14, 2018, at his home.
He was born July 17, 1943, in Milwaukee to Clarence John and Josephine Boley Ward. He and Judith "Judy" Craft were married Feb. 25, 1962.
John worked 17 years at Ford Groves and later at Weiser Honda, both in Cape Girardeau. He was a member of the Cape Eagles Club and enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle.
Loving survivors include his wife of 56 years, Judy Ward; a son, Mike (Connie) Ward of Friedheim; a daughter, Debbie Snell of Jackson; four grandchildren, Dylan and Casey Snell and Justin and Hailey Ward; and a sister, Faith (Mac) McNally of Phoenix.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery near Pocahontas, with the Rev. Jacob Colwell officiating.
