Fleurdelys died Saturday, Sept. 3, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born April 8, 1942, at Miner, the son of John W. and Ellen Fleurdelys of Sikeston, who survive.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and member of the Bloomfield VFW Post 11042.
Other survivors include one brother, Ronald Fleurdelys, Reeds Port, Oregon; and one sister, Dianna Hagerty, St. Charles, Ill.
One sister preceded him in death.
