John Henry Stueve, 48, of Jackson died Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Dec. 25, 1954, in Perryville, Mo., son of John and Katherine Hayes Stueve.
Stueve was a carpenter, and a member of Carpenters Local 1770.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
Survivors include a son, Jeremy Stueve of state of Ohio; a daughter, DaVina Huff of the state of Washington; his mother of Jackson; a stepdaughter, LaBelle Neil of state of Washington; two sisters, Kathryn Hogan of Chaffee, Mo., JoAnn Childress of Slidell, La.; and two stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. today at Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau. The Rev. Raymond McAfee will officiate.
McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
