JONESBORO, Ill. — John Earl Sadler Jr., 50, formerly of Jonesboro, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, in Cypress, Ill.

He born July 2, 1958, in Jonesboro, son of John Earl Sr. and Charlene Newman Sadler. He worked for many years as a high steel painter, working on many bridges and towers.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Dianna Lee Sadler.

There will be no service. Sadler requested his body be cremated.

Rendleman and Hileman Funeral Home in Jonesboro is in charge of the arrangements.
