PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- John H. Hudson, 62, of Perryville died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005, at his home. He was born Nov. 9, 1942, at Perryville, son of Lloyd and Mary Layton Hudson. He was a retired construction worker, a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Silver Lake, Mo., and a veteran of the U.S. Navy...

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- John H. Hudson, 62, of Perryville died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005, at his home.

He was born Nov. 9, 1942, at Perryville, son of Lloyd and Mary Layton Hudson.

He was a retired construction worker, a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Silver Lake, Mo., and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include a daughter, Jesse Moss of Scott City; a brother, Joseph Donald Hudson of Louisville, Ky.; a sister, Debbie Rottler of Ste. Genevieve, Mo.; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville, and after 6:30 a.m. Monday.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery at Silver Lake, with military rites by American Legion Post 133.
