MARBLE HILL -- John W. Henson, 62, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 1997, at his home. He was born Nov. 6, 1934, at Yount, son of William M. and Minnie Klabunde Henson. He and Mattie J. MARBLE HILL -- John W. Henson, 62, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, Feb. 19, 1997, at his home.

He was born Nov. 6, 1934, at Yount, son of William M. and Minnie Klabunde Henson. He and Mattie J. Long were married Aug. 21, 1957.

Henson was a farmer and was retired from Brown Shoe Co. He was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, William "Bill" and Doug Henson of Marble Hill; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton after 4 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Jimmie Fulbright and Bud Statler officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
