MARBLE HILL -- John D. Oliver, 63, of Marble Hill, died Wednesday, March 31, 1993, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born Sept. 11, 1929, in Paragould, Ark., son of Lee and Opal Canamore Oliver. He and Norma Stafford were married June 23, 1958.
Oliver was a vehicle painter, retiring from Reliable Finishing Co. in St. Louis.
Survivors include his wife; a son, David Oliver of Oregon City, Ore.; a daughter, Madeline Mansker of Bonne Terre; a brother, Don Oliver of St. Louis; three sisters, Thelma Wyatt of St. Louis, Elizabeth Fairchild and Helen Adams of Paragould; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Frank Shanks will officiate.
