JACKSON -- Joann Stevens, 57, of Jackson, died Sunday, Oct. 30, 1994, at her home.
She was born Jan. 23, 1937, in Cape Girardeau County, daughter of Marvin "Bob" and Reva Seabaugh Ates. She and Clarence Stevens were married Sept. 25, 1976. He died March 6, 1993.
Stevens was employed at Lee-Rowan, and had worked at the former International Shoe Co. here.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald Terry of Randles, Frank Berry Jr. of Jackson; two daughters, Sandra Helderman of Jackson, Debra Berry of Poplar Bluff; a stepdaughter, Patty Miller of Trenton; a brother, Marvin "Sonny" Ates of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Peggy Howard of Jackson; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandsons, and eight stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Raymond V. Epps officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
