JONESBORO, Ill. -- Joann Arnold, 63, of Wichita Falls, Texas, formerly of Jonesboro, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008, at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls.

She was born April 2, 1945, in Valmeyer, Ill., daughter of Louis L. and Verda Thompson Wild. She married Willis "Bud" Arnold.

Survivors include her husband; three brothers, Richard Wild of Mounds, Ill., Harry Wild of Cairo, Ill., Kenneth Wild of Mount Vernon, Ill.; three sisters, Shirley Hill of Herrin, Ill., Karen Bracken and Patricia Rundles of Cairo.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time Monday at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms, Ill.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Tom Hoskins officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
