James Eugene "Jimmy" Reeves, 63, of Greenville, Mo., died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2008, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
He was born Sept. 5, 1944, in California.
Reeves was formerly of Whitewater and Chaffee, Mo. He was an automobile mechanic.

Survivors include a daughter, Rhonda Billings of Wappapello, Mo.; a son, John Reeves of Whitewater; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at New Life Gospel Center in Scott City, with Jack Owens officiating.
Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville, Mo., is in charge of arrangements.
