Jimmy Lee Barlow, 66, of Delta passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at his family home, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born Oct. 5, 1951, in Oran, Missouri, to the late Rev. Russell and Alene Randles Barlow. He and Carolyn Ikerman married July 26, 1970, and she survives of the home.
Jimmy was a retired machine operator for Semo Box Co. in Cape Girardeau.
He is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Barlow; two sons, James (Tammy) Barlow of Chaffee, Missouri, and Virgil (Emily) Barlow of Advance, Missouri; a daughter, Debra (Wayne) Berry of Delta; seven grandchildren, Aaron (Haley) George, Sarah George, Joseph Barlow-Nance, Justin Lovelady, Jared Barlow, Ozzy Barlow and Mercedes Barlow; and three great-grandchildren, Selene George, Dean George and Wyatt Martin, with a fourth one on the way.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Barlow, and a sister, Doris Hull.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Don Leggett, assisted by the Rev. Stephen Niswonger, officiating. Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel to assist with the funeral expenses.
