TAMMS, Ill. -- Jimmie M. "Jimbo" Crumley, 69, of Wetaug, Ill., formerly of Elco, Ill., died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at the Jonesboro Health Care Center at Jonesboro, Ill.
He was born Sept. 14, 1934, at Elco, son of Archie Crumley and Hester Meisenheimer Crumley Miller. He married Wynona Crumley.
Crumley was a retired factory employee with the Dunklin Foundary Company in Alton, Ill.
Survivors include two brothers Don Crumley of Wetaug and Bob Crumley of Alton; two step-daughters, Shirley Richards of Santa Fe, Texas, and Lucy Smith of Godfrey, Ill.; six grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Crumley was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and an infant sister.
Friends may call at the Jones Funeral Home in Tamms from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Funeral will be at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Brent Miller will officiate, with burial in the Mount Pisgah Cemetery at Wetaug.
