PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Adolph H. "Jim" Weber, 83, of Perryville died Monday, April 9, 2001, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Aug. 28, 1917, in Perry County, Mo., son of Benjamin and Frieda Herring Weber. He and Olga Bachmann were married Nov. 15, 1942. She died Nov. 28, 1976. He and Virginia Blessing Bohnert were married Aug. 1, 1981.
He was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, a World War II Army veteran and a member of American Legion Post 133 in Perryville.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Charlotte Hadler of Perryville; three sons, Robert Weber of Jackson, Mo., Dennis Weber of Cape Girardeau and Kenny Weber of Perryville; three stepchildren, Velda Unterreiner and Wayne Bohnert, both of Perryville, and Eddie Bohnert of Arnold, Mo.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; six stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. today at Young & Sons Chapel and from 6:30-8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. Craig Otto officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
