DEXTER -- Funeral for Jimmy "Jim" Robertson of Dexter will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home. The Revs. Dan Sitze and Don Cooper will officiate, with burial in Hagy Cemetery.

Robertson, 64, died Wednesday, May 13, 1998, at his home.

He was born Nov. 29, 1933, at Tyronza, Ark., son of Oscar and Nina Alma Green Robertson. He and Loretta Lambert were married Dec. 14, 1956, at Dexter.

Robertson was a carpenter, and member of St. Joe General Baptist Church at Idalia.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, Kenneth Robertson of Millersville, Ronald and Donald Robertson of Cape Girardeau, David Robertson of Dexter; a brother, George Robertson of Dexter; a half brother, Oscar Robertson Jr. of Jackson, Tenn.; a half sister, Ruby Phillips of Chaffee; and seven grandchildren.
