JIM POE

JONESBORO, Ill. -- Jim Poe, 25, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, Sept. 25, 1993, on arrival at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

He was born Nov. 24, 1967, in Springfield, son of Paul David and Beverly Wright Poe. He and Bonnie Moutell were married June 23, 1989.

Poe was manager of Rent-One in Anna.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Jeremi Poe of Jonesboro; mother and stepfather, Beverly and Eddie Cottone of Dongola; father and stepmother, Paul and Rose Poe of Pekin; three brothers, Michael Poe of Glasford, John and Chad Poe of Pekin; paternal grandmother, Margaret Poe of Williamsville, and stepgrandmother, Betty LeMaster of Pekin.

He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Crain Funeral Chapel in Anna. The Rev. Tom Miller will officiate, with burial in Anna Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. today, and on Wednesday until service time.
