COBDEN, Ill. -- Funeral for Jewell Pauline Frogge of Cobden will be held at 11 a.m. today at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna, Ill. Dr. Daryl Varble will officiate. Burial will be in Jonesboro Cemetery.
Frogge, 81, died Monday, July 9, 2001, at City Care Center in Anna.
She was born July 5, 1920, at McClure, Ill., daughter of Frank and Lucy Moore Crissip. She and Robert A. Frogge were married Sept. 11, 1962, at Ware, Ill. He died July 23, 1989.
Frogge was a member of First Baptist Church and Golden Circle Sunday School Class.
Survivors include a son, David Hatcher of Swansea, Ill.; two daughters, Nancy Barker of Elgin, Ill., Janice Middleton of Cobden; a stepson, Billy Hatcher of Virginia; four sisters, Mary Harvick of Anna, Louise Mayer and Lucille Patton of Alton, Ill., Judy Crissip of St. Petersburg, Fla.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and six stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, a brother, and a sister.
