Jessie Charles Rutherford, 91, of Overland Park, Kansas, formerly of Cape Girardeau, died Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. April 1 at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on April 2 at the funeral home.
