MOREHOUSE -- Jesse Moore, 84, of Morehouse, died Friday, Dec. 1, 1995, at Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston.
He was born June 17, 1911, at Ardeola, son of Nelson and Martha Bradshaw Moore. He and Irene Breeden were married in October 1966 at Clines Island.
Formerly of Gray Ridge, he had lived in Morehouse since 1963. He was a retired auto mechanic.
Survivors include his wife; a son, James Moore of Topeka, Kan.; three daughters, Rosalyn Coffey of St. Charles, Louise Tarrence of Fremont, Joyce Barney of St. Ann; a stepson, Jimmy Curd of Kokomo, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Clydie Garner of Sikeston; a brother, Elzie Moore of Bloomfield; 15 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Randy Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bloomfield.
