ANNA, Ill. 00 Jerry R. Rosson, 54, of Anna died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Nov. 8, 1946, son of Glenn and Dorothy McDonald Rosson. He married Joyce Shasteen Stadelbacher.

Rosson retired as a master sergeant with Illinois State Police.

Survivors include his wife; father and stepmother, Glenn and Jewell Rosson of Anna; a daughter, Melissa Hampton of Carterville, Ill.; three stepdaughters, Norine Keller of Anna, Andrea Wilson of Jonesboro, Ill., Carla Stadelbacher of Thebes, Ill; three stepsons, David Stadelbacher of Cobden, Ill., Steve Stadelbacher of Jonesboro, Alan Stadelbacher of Anna; a half brother, Ronald Rosson of Bradley, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna after 5 p.m. Saturday.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Scott Harner and Jimmy Keller officiating. Entombment will be in Anna City Cemetery.
