ZALMA, Mo. -- Jerry Wayne Hendrickson, 47, of Zalma passed away Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born in St. Louis on Aug. 1, 1965, to Obie and Doris Brown Hendrickson.
Jerry was a self-employed laborer.
Survivors include his mother, Doris Fulton of Jackson; his father, Obie, and his wife, Idris Hendrickson, of Morley; one son, Brandon Hendrickson of Palmer, Tenn; fiancee Tina Munn of Zalma; two brothers, Kevin Hendrickson of McMinnville, Tenn., and Bobby Duncan of Scott City; seven sisters, Patty Tanner of Cape Girardeau, Gaila Adams of Dutchtown, Karen Hornbuckle of Zalma, Doris Kincade of Benton, Mo., Donna Vessells of Randles, Kathy Pinkerton of Chaffee, Mo., Terri Hendrickson of McMinnville.
He was preceded in death by a nephew.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Jack Owens officiating. Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
