Jerry K. Cora, 57, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Jan. 7, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born April 26, 1941, in Cape Girardeau, son of A.J. and Jacqueline Marlen Cora. He and Kathryn F. Windeknecht were married April 30, 1965, in Cape Girardeau.

Cora was a graduate of Central High School. He was a bricklayer, and member of Bricklayers Local 23.

Survivors include his wife; and a sister, Carol Golden of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by a brother.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. Cy Smith officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park.

Friends may call Sunday at the chapel from 9 a.m. until service time.
