Jeffery Davis Crews, 43, of Scott City died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at his home. He was born Dec. 18, 1968, in St. Louis, to William and Artalee Eaton Crews. Crews was a truck driver with Pavestone Co. Survivors include his fiancee, Amanda Brack of Scott City; mother, Artalee Roberts of Scott City; four sisters, Kim (Roger) Irey of Scott City, Karen Dunn of Potosi, Mo., Chris (Tom) Akin of Claremore, Okla., Barbara Crews of the Farmington, Mo., area; five brothers, Billy, Timothy, Terry, Dennis and Michael Crews, all of the Farmington area; several nephews and nieces; and special pets, Rufus, Rose and Felix.. ...

Jeffery Davis Crews, 43, of Scott City died Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at his home.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Katherine Celeste Crews; his father, William Crews; a brother-in-law, Greg Dunn; maternal grandparents, Dave and Alice Eaton; paternal grandparents, Loyd and Ada Crews.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to service time today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. today at the chapel, with the Rev. Ed Stoner officiating.

The family requests those attending visitation and funeral to wear Cardinals or Yankees attire.
