Jeanie Lincoln, 69, of Jackson passed away Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, at her home.
She was born April 27, 1948, in Cape Girardeau County, daughter of Melvin "Mac" and Geneva Evelyn Owens Smith. She and Kenny Lincoln married Sept. 19, 1992. He preceded her in death Feb. 29, 2016.
Jeanie attended school in Scott City. She moved to Jackson in 1977. Jeanie was a forklift driver at Rubbermaid in Jackson for several years, retiring in 2008.
Loving survivors include her son, Larry Shoultz of Jackson; two granddaughters, Cat Shoultz of New Jersey and Shannon (Ben) White of Cape Girardeau; and two great-granddaughters, Evi Shoultz and Anna White.
Also surviving are four siblings, Larry Smith of St. Louis, Susan Smith of Jackson, Paul Smith of Oran, Missouri, and Mac Smith of Waterloo, Illinois.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Sean Shoultz; and a brother, Lloyd Smith.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Jackson.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mike Huffman officiating. Interment will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
The family suggests contributions be made to Southeast Hospice or to the church or charity of donor's choice.
