Jean Henderson

ANNA, Ill. -- Jean M. Henderson, 95, of Anna died Monday, June 25, 2007, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born May 21, 1912, in Anna, daughter of George Alfred and Stella Pearl Johnson Morris. She and Raymond Henderson were married March 26, 1932. He died Jan. 16, 1978.

Henderson retired from Florsheim Shoe Co. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Anna and member and secretary of the Boot and Shoe Workers Union 711.

Survivors include three sons, Richard Henderson of Charlotte, N.C., Roger Henderson of Scott City, Ronald Henderson of Anna; five grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to service time Friday at First Baptist Church.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the church, with the Rev. Tony Foeller officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
