ANNISTON -- Janette Oliver, 62, of Anniston died Saturday, Oct. 12, 1996, at the Dexter Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 11, 1934, in Shelbyville, Tenn., daughter of the Thomas Melvin and Beatrice Price. She was a U.S. Air Force veteran and member of the Elm Street Baptist Church in Charleston.
She married Henry Oliver on Nov. 1, 1952. He survives.
She is survived by two sons, Henry H. Oliver Jr. of San Antonio and George Oliver of Auburn, Ind.; a brother, Claude Price of Nashville, Tenn.; two sisters, Dorothy Houston of Atlanta and Clara Dunnivan, of Auburndale, Fla.; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the McMikle Funeral Home, with the Rev. Carl Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Anniston Cemetery.
